La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tait inscrite dans le territoire rural de la Bourgogne, la seconde dans celui de Bruxelles et de l\u2019histoire du Wiels, situ\u00e9 dans le b\u00e2timent de l\u2019ancienne brasserie Wielemans-Ceuppens.<\/p>\n<p>Le titre <em>Strange Fruits<\/em> fait aussi r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la chanson <em>Strange Fruit<\/em>, interpr\u00e9t\u00e9e par Billie Holiday d\u2019apr\u00e8s le texte d\u2019un po\u00e8me \u00e9crit et publi\u00e9 en 1937 par Abel Meeropol. Cette chanson parle des lynchages des Noirs am\u00e9ricains perp\u00e9tr\u00e9s aux \u00c9tats-Unis apr\u00e8s l\u2019abolition de l\u2019esclavage. Elles mettent \u00e9galement en \u00e9vidence l\u2019aspect tant\u00f4t noble, tant\u00f4t immonde, tant\u00f4t sacr\u00e9, tant\u00f4t profane, pr\u00e9sent dans les pi\u00e8ces r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec des mati\u00e8res telles que le sang, la terre, l\u2019argent, le vin, la laine, le velours, des fleurs br\u00fbl\u00e9es ou encore des cheveux.
