soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive + un peu pour huiler<\/p>\n<p>4 cailles vid\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p>Quelques brins d&rsquo;estragon<\/p>\n<p>Sel, poivre<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Recette\u00a0:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C (thermostat 6).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9pluchez les betteraves et coupez-les en d\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Lavez les cerises.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langez-les avec les betteraves, arrosez de 2 cuillers \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, salez et m\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n<p>Badigeonnez les cailles avec l&rsquo;huile restante, salez-les et poivrez-les.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9posez les cailles, les betteraves et les cerises sur la plaque au four huil\u00e9e et enfournez pour 25
