\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le po\u00e8te auteur-compositeur-interpr\u00e8te fran\u00e7ais Georges Brassens, n\u00e9 le 22 octobre 1921 \u00e0 S\u00e8te (H\u00e9rault) et mort le 29 octobre 1981 \u00e0 Saint-G\u00e9ly-du-Fesc (H\u00e9rault), aurait eu 100 ans ce mois-ci, alors m\u00eame que l\u2019on comm\u00e9more le 40<sup>e&nbsp;<\/sup>anniversaire de son d\u00e9c\u00e8s des suites d\u2019un cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019occasion pour les \u00c9ditions Gallimard de ressortir <strong><em>Brassens \u2013 Le libertaire de la chanson<\/em><\/strong>,le brillant petit essai bellement illustr\u00e9 de Cl\u00e9mentine Deroudillequi fut en 2011 commissaire de l\u2019exposition \u00ab&nbsp;Brassens ou la libert\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 la Cit\u00e9 de la Musique \u00e0 Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la fois anarchiste comme ses amis Jacques Brel et L\u00e9o Ferr\u00e9, mais aussi brillant autodidacte paisible sous des dehors bougons, Georges Brassens a marqu\u00e9 de son sceau la po\u00e9sie fran\u00e7aise du XX<sup>e&nbsp;<\/sup>si\u00e8cle par des textes engag\u00e9s (\u00ab&nbsp;Le Gorille&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;Mourir pour des id\u00e9es&nbsp;\u00bb), tendres (\u00ab&nbsp;Aupr\u00e8s de mon arbre&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;Chanson pour l\u2019Auvergnat&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;Les Amoureux des bancs publics&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;La Chasse aux papillons&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;Le Parapluie&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;Il Suffit de passer le pont&nbsp;\u00bb), savoureux (\u00ab&nbsp;Brave Margot&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;L\u2019Orage&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;Le Nombril des femmes d&rsquo;agent&nbsp;\u00bb) ou pleins d\u2019humour (\u00ab&nbsp;Misogynie \u00e0 part&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;H\u00e9catombe&nbsp;\u00bb) et m\u00eame parfois gaillards (\u00ab&nbsp;Fernande&nbsp;\u00bb) r\u00e9dig\u00e9s au rasoir dans une m\u00e9trique classique et soutenus par une musique d\u2019apparence simple, mais bien plus complexe qu\u2019il y para\u00eet au premier abord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a aussi adapt\u00e9 et mis en chanson nombre de textes d\u2019autres po\u00e8tes parmi lesquels Louis Aragon (\u00ab&nbsp;Il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;amour heureux&nbsp;\u00bb), Paul Fort (\u00ab&nbsp;Le Petit Cheval&nbsp;\u00bb), Victor Hugo (\u00ab&nbsp;La L\u00e9gende de la nonne&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;Gastibelza&nbsp;\u00bb), Francis Jammes (\u00ab&nbsp;La Pri\u00e8re&nbsp;\u00bb), Alphonse de Lamartine (\u00ab&nbsp;Pens\u00e9e des morts&nbsp;\u00bb), Alfred de Musset (\u00ab&nbsp;Ballade \u00e0 la lune&nbsp;\u00bb), G\u00e9o Norge (\u00ab&nbsp;Jehan l&rsquo;advenu&nbsp;\u00bb), Antoine Pol (\u00ab&nbsp;Les Passantes&nbsp;\u00bb), Jean Richepin (\u00ab&nbsp;Les
