Maghr\u00e9bine d\u00e9racin\u00e9e, des difficult\u00e9s de la transmission m\u00e8re-fille et du pouvoir curatif de la litt\u00e9rature, le tout dans un texte d\u2019une originalit\u00e9 formelle savamment construite et brillamment persuasive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fille peu ou pas d\u00e9sir\u00e9e d\u2019<em>Imma<\/em>, une villageoise du sud-marocain \u00e9pous\u00e9e \u00ab&nbsp;au bled&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 16&nbsp;ans et arriv\u00e9e en France dans la foul\u00e9e, Salwa, l\u2019autrice-narratrice, une femme moderne n\u00e9e dans l\u2019Hexagone, montre l\u2019ab\u00eeme silencieux qui la s\u00e9pare de cette m\u00e8re berb\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne enferm\u00e9e dans sa cuisine et dans un mariage d\u00e9cevant, \u00e9touff\u00e9e par des coutumes astreignantes et secr\u00e8tement en qu\u00eate de reconnaissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La lecture \u00e0 la fois analytique et intime de <em>Madame Bovary<\/em> (1857), le chef-d\u2019\u0153uvre de Gustave Flaubert (1821-1880), am\u00e8ne l\u2019autrice \u00e0 comparer subtilement le destin d\u2019Emma, l\u2019h\u00e9ro\u00efne du roman, \u00e0 celui d\u2019Imma, fait de r\u00eaves \u00e9vanouis, d\u2019une vie
